About the Job:

The HR Services Resolution Specialist will serve as the first point of contact to employees across the North America EMD subsidiaries on routine HR inquiries. This role is customer service focused and responsible for workforce administration on the company's HRMS system, routine benefits administration, HR policy inquiries, and HR system & application support. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, technically savvy, and comfortable in an evolving environment.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM


As an ideal candidate you will have-

--A bachelor's degree is preferred

--The ability to work in a matrix environment and build strong partnerships with peers, business partners and customers

--The ability to multitask and organize time efficiently by prioritizing work with great attention to detail

--Flexibility with shifting priorities/ processes

--Demonstrated strong problem solving, organizational and administrative skills

--Familiarity with standard HR processes and procedures preferred

For consideration you must have-

--High school diploma and 2+ years of related experience in an HR or Call Center environment.

--Experience with SAP HR or other HRIS systems

--Experience or knowledge of HR case management systems such as Neo Case

--Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel and Outlook)

--Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in a professional manner

--Ability to maintain confidentiality
